FlowCraft Plumbing offers leak diagnosis and repair, drain clearing, toilet and tap work, pipe repairs and replacements, hot water cylinder support, fixture installations, and related maintenance across Wellington and nearby suburbs, subject to technician availability and safe access. Descriptions on this website are general. A written or emailed quote, job sheet, or verbal confirmation at the property is the binding description of the work we propose. Quotes are estimates based on information available at the time. Hidden faults, corroded pipework behind walls, asbestos concerns, restricted access, or incomplete customer information may change scope and price. We will explain material changes before proceeding where reasonably practicable. Appointment times are windows, not guarantees of exact arrival, because emergency work and traffic conditions can shift schedules. Deposits may be required for larger installs, ordered materials, or reserved time slots. Deposits secure materials and diary time; unused deposits are handled under our Refund Policy. By providing payment details you represent that you are authorised to use the selected method. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge the agreed amount for completed work, approved variations, and unused materials that cannot be returned. If a payment is declined or later reversed without a valid dispute, we may pause remaining work and seek recovery of amounts owed. Promotional offers may include expiry dates, service exclusions, or geographic limits stated at the time of the offer.
We perform plumbing work with reasonable care and skill consistent with good trade practice in New Zealand. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and parts remain with the manufacturer. FlowCraft Plumbing may offer a limited workmanship warranty on labour for a period stated on your invoice or job confirmation, typically covering defects arising from our installation or repair method under normal use. Workmanship warranties do not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, third-party alterations, pre-existing defects outside the agreed scope, blocked drains caused by foreign objects after our visit, or damage from freezing, flooding, earthquakes, or other events beyond our control. You are responsible for obtaining any building consents or body-corporate approvals required for the work, unless we expressly agree to arrange them. You must disclose known hazards such as asbestos, unsafe wiring near plumbing works, aggressive pets, or structural issues. We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
